Bollywood Actors are known for their impressive, fit body for which they workout a lot. Muscular body with sharp cuts was always in vogue and it is a forever thing.
Trending Bollywood, had a cup of tea with Bharat Singal while discussing about his fitness regime and fitness trend in Bollywood. Here are few Glimpse of wonderful session with Bharat Singal. First of all it’s my pleasure to have a cup of tea with you, as I was checking your social sites and got to know about your Tea love.
Is it really important to make 6 pack abs or to have a muscular body to create an impact of yourself in the industry? it’s not like that, this industry belongs to the Acting and the impression you leave on your audience. it is not bodybuilding industry where everyone has to build to an extent level. If I talk about myself, workout keeps me fresh, energetic and positive. If any day I miss my workout due to travelling or any other reason I feel something is missing. Maintaining Fitness is important as u can not act while you feel tired, more than that , looks plays an important role for which you have to have a hot, shaped and sculpted body. That’s why we have to maintain our fitness. I personally like crossfit training or intense functional training instead of heavy weight lifting. It needs a lot of strength because your whole body weight is indulged spontaneous workout.
You are losing weight for Tannu Dilli and getting into shape. Yes my training has been started under the guidance of Jitender kamboj, a famous fitness trainer of Delhi. At present all my intense workout is happening on a ground. A 70 min power pack session, which includes 2.5 KM of running, sprint, and so many other exercises.
What about diet as I heard that actors are very conscious about their diet to maintain their physic? Yes actors are, but I am not..! I am a typical Chatora. If I am in delhi then from morning to the end of the day, I enjoy street food. Things like Chhole Bhature, Bedmi Puri, tandoori chaap, tikki, kulche, moth kachori, rajma Chawal, all the deep fried items, paranthas, pakodas seems so fascinating. I truly forget the word “hygiene” when i am enjoying delhi’s food. But yes, as the saying says, Interest and Commitment are two different things, so , these days to keep up with my commitment i am controlling my eating habits as I am on strict diet due to Tannu Dilli. You can understand my situation.
